Beechwood Childcare

Beechwood Childcare was set up in 2008. Beechwood is owned by 3 mothers who have over 30 years experience in the childcare industry. The experience held by our owners has helped create the stimulating and loving environment that Beechwood prides itself on.

Manager

Our Manager is Sandra Garcia. She joined the Beechwood Team in 2022 where she started off as Assistant Manager in a sister creche and was then promoted to the role of Manager.

Sandra holds a Level 8 Degree in Early Childhood Studies by the University of Alicante as well as a course on developing business strategies by Stanford. She is an EFL teacher, Designated Liaison Person, FAR responder and has all mandatory certificates within childcare (fire safety, food safety, manual handling…). Her future plans are to continue studying in the field of human resources and recruitment.

As a Manager, she especially enjoys curriculum planning, room displays, team leading and class management. She works closely with all staff in order to create a nurturing, meaningful and enjoyable environment with learning opportunities for all children.
